How did you let your clients know that you were doing professional meal planning now?

 
We have always done meal planning, which centered on teaching clients about proper nutrition, quality whole food options, caloric intake, and how to understand macronutrients and macronutrient ratios. However, creating detailed meal plans have always been very labor intensive so we often times used general guidelines for the majority of clients for the caloric and macro intakes and created detailed plans when necessary (eg bodybuilding/figure competition clients, sport specific athletes, clients with a short window working towards a very particular goal date).*

How did you let your clients know that you were doing professional meal planning now?

I let my clients know that I added meal planning to my personal training services through e-mail, including a link to Evolution Nutrition to get more information.  Up to that point, I was handcuffed to only giving general nutrition advice, as trying to create specific, tailor-fit programs was not only not my specialty, but also time-consuming.*

I price the meal planning at $60 per month as an a la carte option.

We sell fitness products online, and use Facebook advertising to reach new clients. We also sell fitness programs and nutrition plans through email marketing and other social media channels, like Instagram.*

Five years ago I recognized a gap in my clients nutrition. With time, I started instructing members as well as trainers to reach a larger audience. Now I'm working as a Nutrition manager and am in the process of integrating a nutrition program into all of our health clubs.

We introduced the professional meal planning to our members by first doing an email blast to all members.

I promoted that a Certified Nutrition Staff(EN) are now taking over the formatting and implementation of my Nutrition Programs for all clients, new or existing.
Evolution Nutrition has allowed me to streamline my meal planning. They have a very large database of products that allow for easy planning, the macros are easy to read for each meal and totaled at the end of the day.   I have entered close to 100 of my own recipes; which personalizes it and makes it easy to enter the into each meal plan.  I have also created over 100 custom meal plans, so at this point I can search for an existing meal plan that meets a current clients needs and make small adjustments to tailor It to their needs.
