Crab Ceviche

Tips

  1. Make sure to dice up those onions.  No one wants to bite into a big piece.
  2. And as always, make sure that fish is fresh!
Ingredients
7 ounce
Blue crab (cooked)
1 cup
Tomatoes

Cilantro (sprigs)
1⁄4 cup
Lime juice
2⁄3 tablespoon
Olive Oil
1⁄4 cup
Serrano peppers
1⁄4 cup
Onion
Instructions
  1. Place the shredded crab into a glass or porcelain bowl (try to stat away from plastic or metal).
  2. Stir olive oil into the crabmeat until well coated, then stir in the cilantro onion, tomato and serrano peppers.
  3. Squeeze the lime juice over everything, and mix well.
  4. Season with plenty of salt and pepper.
  5. Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.
