Healthy Strawberry Smoothie

Alternative Options

  1. Add a handfull (no more than 1.2 cup) of other frozen fruits; peach, mango, or even some spinach!
  2. Swap our the almond milk for another plant based milk; soy, coconut, etc..
  3. Try flaxseed instead of chia seeds.

Tips

  1. Add your liquids first.
  2. Don't skip the chia seed, it keeps the smoothie from separating, and adds great nutrition to your recipe!
Ingredients
1 1⁄2 cup
Almond Milk (unsweetened)
2 cup
Frozen Strawberries
1 unit
Banana (sliced)
2 tablespoon
Chia Seed
Instructions
  1. Add almond milk, strawberries, sliced banana and chia seed to strong blender, in that order.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve chilled, right away.
