  1. Make vegan or vegetarian with pea, soy or hemp protein, and replace the greek yogurt with a vegan non-dairy alternative
  2. Add additional ground oatmeal or other grains if you need more carb fuel!

Ingredients
4 ounce
Plain Greek Yogurt, nonfat
1 cup
Ice
1 cup
Water
1 unit
Whey Protein Powder
1⁄4 tablespoon
Ginger, ground
1⁄2 ounce
Coconut, unsweetened
1 unit
Banana
1⁄3 unit
Avocado
Instructions
  1. Fill the blender with 1 C of water, add ice and greek yogurt
  2. Blend for 30 seconds, and then add the remaining ingredients
  3. Add additional ice or water to get desired consistency
